“This Beautiful Darkness” is an important book for me for two big reasons. First, it was my second book, coming ten years after the first was released. Second, it served as a bridge between my past writing and current writing. After my first book, “Back From Nothing” came out, I put out chapbooks in support of it. This was until self-publishing evolved into something more attainable. This book features newer short horror fiction. These stories reflect how I had grown as a writer and storyteller. They offer some real banger stories.
