So, I mean, you know I have a podcast, right?
Right?
I mean, it hits the main feed so I think you do but I figured it was worth mentioning, just in case.
I have been podcasting in general for almost ten years now but solo since 2020, the height of the pandemic. I started because I wanted an outlet where I could talk about things and not have to write it. I try to keep it relatively short and sour, er, sweet, because I know folks have a lot going on so my intention is for this to be a quick listen. I talk about the politics, social issues, movies, horror, my books, and occasionally I have been known to read some of my stories on there. If you have read my blogs it’s very much an extension of that, and of me. I love the artform because it’s very similar to the talk radio shows that had their hey-day in the ’80’s and ’90’s and still lurk around today.
I can’t promise you the thrills and chills of some podcasts, and certainly have no interest in audacity and controversy, but it’s a fun outlet for me to talk about things going on in the world and the genre.
